Chad comes to VisionCorp with over 12 years management and sales experience. He is also a SCTE supporter, previously holding a position on the Five Rivers SCTE Chapter Board in Central Illinois and recently elected to a
board position on the Lake Michigan SCTE Chapter. Chad is a customer service oriented sales Executive where he believes “The Customer is # 1”. His belief has always been that his customer’s come first!

Chad has demonstrated his ability to manage key accounts and in areas of personal sales production, as well as, recruitment, training, supervision and direction of sales force. We feel Chad has been a huge asset not only to
VisionCorp and its manufacturers, but also its customers.

Ed Carroll
Regional Account Manager, and
President

Ed founded VisionCorp as a successful independent businessman with over thirty years experience in all phases of the Cable Television industry. With two engineering degrees, Ed started his career at Wavetek in the early
1980’s and went on to build, own and operate multiple cable systems in Indiana, servicing ten different communities. This has proven to be priceless knowledge when working with customers and understanding their needs concerning their applications.

As an enthusiast of the cable TV industry, Ed has been a SCTE supporter, previously attending and speaking at chapter training meetings, he has recently elected to a board position on the Central Indiana SCTE Chapter.

Since 1989, Ed has spent most of those years selling to the telecommunication industry, starting with being the co-founder of INTEK “a manufacturer’s representative company” and then going on to form VisionCorp, manufacturer’s representative company as a sole proprietor in 1993. Ed has been able to build a seasoned team of Sales Executives along with top of the line manufacturers to provide not only its customers great products, but also great service.

Oak Bandy
Regional Account Manager

Oak comes to VisionCorp as a SCTE Board Member and holds positions with three Midwest chapters with President of the Iowa Heartland Chapter being one of those positions. While Oak has 10 years in cable TV operations at Multimedia and 15 years experience as a Sales Executive with expertise in all facets of sales and account management, business development, marketing and relationship building, he has been elected to the National SCTE Board. The experience Oak has gained at PPC, World Bridge, CCOR and ARRIS, makes him a highly knowledgeable sales rep that can assist cable tv operators with solutions to everyday issues.

We believe Oak will be a large asset to the VisionCorp organization as he brings the knowledge he has gained while at companies such as; PPC, World Bridge, CCOR and ARRIS.
